Who
are direct care workers?
They are the people
who care
.individuals who work directly with children,
adolescents, and adults in community residencies, residential
schools, out-of-home placements, community, rehabilitation
and treatment centers.
They provide residential, educational, and vocational services
to persons with disabilities.
Also referred to as direct support professionals, they are

care attendant, job coach, para-educator, program manager,
